How the Waitlist Works

If a program session is full, you can join the waitlist for free during registration. There's no charge — the $3.09 Active registration fee is only collected if you actually enroll. There's also no obligation to enroll if a spot opens up, so we encourage you to join even if you've found an alternative program for that week.

How to join

When a program session is sold out, you'll see the option to join the waitlist on the registration page. You can join waitlists for multiple sessions at the same time.

What happens when a spot opens up

Our waitlist is automated. As soon as a spot becomes available, the next person on the list receives an email invitation with the option to register. You'll have 24 hours to accept the spot and complete registration. If you decline or don't respond within 24 hours, the invitation is automatically sent to the next family on the list.

Contact us anytime to check your position on the waitlist or to ask whether there's space in a different group or program for the same week.
