Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Drop-off and pick-up procedures vary by location. Detailed directions, maps, and location-specific instructions are included in the reminder email you'll receive the week before your program starts.

General guidelines for all locations

• Drop-off begins as early as 8:45 AM (or 8:15 AM if you've added early drop-off). Programs start at 9:00 AM.
• Pick-up begins at 1:45 PM. Programs end at 2:00 PM.
• Please remain in your car during drop-off and pick-up. Our drop-off areas are in active traffic zones and it's important to keep things moving.
• If you need to speak with a coach or director, please find public parking and walk to the drop-off area after the rush has cleared.
• Please be considerate of our neighbors in the surrounding residential areas.
• Expect up to a 10-minute wait at peak drop-off and pick-up times. Arriving a few minutes early or late can help you avoid the busiest window.
