Signing in to Lunch, Gear, and Forms

We don't use passwords. To order lunch, shop for gear, or sign forms, you sign in with the email you used to register your camper — we'll email you a one‑tap link that logs you straight in.

How to sign in

  1. Go to the page you need:
  2. Type in your registration email and tap Send sign‑in link.
  3. Open your email and tap the button in the message from us. (It can take a minute or two to arrive.)
  4. That's it — you're signed in.

The link works for 30 minutes and can be used once. If you need it again later, just request a new one.

Common questions

I didn't get the email. Give it a minute or two, then check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you entered the same email you used to register your camper. Still nothing? Reply to us at team@beachsports.com  and we'll help.

It says "that sign‑in link has been used or has expired." Each link works once and lasts 30 minutes, so this usually means you tapped an older email. Here's the fix:

  1. Delete the older sign‑in emails from us.
  2. Request one fresh link.
  3. Open it and tap it once.

If your email is a work address, your company's security system sometimes "opens" the link to scan it before you do, which can use it up. We've adjusted things to prevent this — but if it keeps happening, request a new link and tap it right away, or try from a personal email if you have one on file.

It says my email isn't recognized. That means we don't see a camper registered under that email. Try the "look up by camper" option and enter your child's first name, last name, and date of birth — we'll send the link to the email we have on file. If that still doesn't work, the email on your registration may be different from the one you're typing; contact team@beachsports.com .

I have more than one child, or my partner registered them. Any parent email on the registration works, and once you're signed in you'll see all of your campers — you can order or sign for each of them in one place.
