Signing forms & updating your camper's info

Before camp, we ask you to sign a couple of required forms and make sure your camper's key info is complete. It all happens in one place.

How to sign + update

1. Go to forms.beachsports.com and sign in with your registration email. (See "Signing in" if you need help.)
2. You'll see any forms that still need signing and any info that's missing for your camper.
3. Sign each form by typing your name, and fill in any missing details.
4. You're done — you can come back any time to download a copy.

What you might be asked for

• Liability waiver (required for every camper)
• EpiPen form (only if your camper has an EpiPen on file)
• Pickup PIN, emergency contact, a phone we can reach you at, allergy details, and rashguard size — whatever's still missing

Common questions

Which forms are required? The liability waiver is required for every camper. The EpiPen form only appears if your child has an EpiPen noted at registration.

Can I opt out of photos/media? Yes. The photo & media opt‑out is built into the liability waiver — choose the opt‑out election when you sign and we'll flag your camper as "do not photograph."

Can I get a copy of what I signed? Yes — sign in any time at forms.beachsports.com and download a copy of each signed form.

I didn't sign before camp — can I do it there? Yes. A director can have you sign on their device at camp.

I updated my camper's info but the roster still looks old. Our rosters refresh on a schedule, so a change can take a bit to show up for the coaches. If it's urgent (allergy, pickup), reply to team@beachsports.com .
