We send a few helpful emails around your camper's session, plus receipts for anything you order.

What you'll get

• Camp info emails — a "what to bring / where to go" note a few days before camp, and a reminder the day before.
• Receipts — for lunch, gear, and early drop‑off purchases.
• Sign‑in links — when you request one to log in.

Common questions

• How do I stop the camp info emails? Every camp email has an unsubscribe / manage preferences link at the very bottom — tap it and you can opt out in one click.
• I unsubscribed but still got a receipt / sign‑in link. That's expected. Unsubscribing stops the informational camp emails, but you'll still get transactional emails — receipts for your purchases and the sign‑in links you request — because those confirm something you did.
• I'm not getting your emails at all. Check your spam/junk folder and add team@beachsports.com  to your contacts. If they're still not arriving, reply to us and we'll check the address on file.
