Illness Policy

If your child is feeling sick, please keep them home. This helps protect all participants, coaches, and staff across our programs.

If your child becomes ill during the program

If a child shows signs of illness during the program, our coaches will contact the parent or guardian for early pick-up. Please make sure your emergency contact information is up to date in your account.

Communicable illness notification

If we are notified of a confirmed communicable illness within a group, we will email all parents and guardians in that group and location so you can make informed decisions for your family.

Because our programs are exclusively outdoors with limited close physical contact between participants, programs will not be cancelled due to a single illness report.
